How do I place an order?

You must contact me, Kristina, to place an order. The best way to reach me is to call my cell phone. You can find this on the "Contact" page.

How many days notice do you need for my bakery order?

I don't request a specific number of days' notice. The sooner you place your order, the better! I will do everything I can to fulfill your order as quickly as you request it.

Where do I pick up my order?

Order Pick-Up is at the Amos household. The time of your order pick-up should be established upon placing your order. If you need my address, contact me personally.

Do you deliver?

If you need your bakery items delivered to you, please let me know. An extra charge may be applied, dependent upon when and where the items need to be delivered to.

Do you ship?

No. I'd rather not have to worry about whether the quality of my baked goods is maintained via shipping.

Is everything you bake really GLUTEN FREE?

Delightfully, yes! Always and forever.

Can you accommodate other food allergies, besides just a gluten allergy?

Yes! Other allergies I can accommodate are dairy, eggs, and nuts, etc. Make sure to let me know if you need special accommodations!

What kind of flour do you use?

I use Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Baking Flour. You can find more about the flour I use here.

Is it legal for you to bake and sell out of your home?

Yes! I am registered with the Arizona Department of Health Services under the Home Baked and Confectionery Goods Program. Click here to view my certificate of registration.

Do you have your food handling license?

Do you give out any of your recipes?

Unfortunately, no. I take great pride in the recipes I use. It requires a lot of time, resources, and experimentation to create the perfect recipe. Some of my recipes are family recipes, but most have been developed off of other recipes I've stumbled across. If I give away my recipes then you won't need me to bake for you.
